This foundation has been set up in honour and memory of our beloved mother.
Mrs Dorcas Idele Olotu was from Benin City, Nigeria and she was an Educationist and a philanthropist.
She was simply the best as a mother and teacher. She laboured for her daughters to achieve their full potential as women and to be responsible individuals in the societies .She nurtured each child from an early age to achieve academically and she encouraged us to believe in ourselves .
Back in those days when our mother was surrounded by her girls ( from toddler age to preschool and school age) , at a time when girls were particularly seen as the less important gender in the societies with little or no impact and she was ridiculed for having girls as children.
To God be the glory , she proved them wrong through her love for education which became evident in the lives of her children today.
Our mother will always be a Hero for her role in our lives and the way she choose to change the narrative about girls and empowered her daughters through Education and Mentorship. We want to ensure her legacy, her virtues and her story , which extends more than having financial resources to spread to others and to encourage girls and women in particular who may find themselves at a disadvantage.
Edna Agusto, is a Chartered Accountant with four decades of experience in private practice. She currently drives digital literacy and certification aligned to global standards in schools in Nigeria
Evbusogie Osojie is an independent Learning and Development Consultant with over 24years experience in banking, training and consulting and is currently the Managing Partner of Lecole Consulting Nigeria Limited.
Mrs Osayamen Ime Eyo is a chartered accountant and an enterprise risk management specialist with over 18 years of steering business profitability through risk management, operational effectiveness and product/process improvement. She currently works with a Nigerian Bank as the Head, Product Development and Sustainability.

She obtained an Msc in Finance and Management in 2005 from Cranfield University.
She is also a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker, as well as a Certified Professional Trainer having qualified from the Institute of Leadership and Management UK.
Before starting Lecole Consulting, Sogie worked with Guaranty Trust bank for over 13 years and garnered vast experience and knowledge in key functions around the bank, having worked in a variety of roles including commercial, corporate and retail business
development, operations, energy, strategy and training.
Sogie is passionate about community and charity work and has helped raise funds for the purchase of life saving equipment at local hospitals.
She is currently the International President for Cranfield Nigeria Alumni Community
